About the Ministry- Apostle B. S. - Stephens along with his   wife Prophetess A. S. - Stephens founded Word of Life Outreach Ministries, Inc., in the year 1997. Since then it has become an Umbrella Ministry for various ministers called into the Five- fold Ministry of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher   found in   Ephesians 4:11.

 

As an Apostolic, Prophetic, and Evangelistic Ministry our main goal is to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ beyond the walls of  the structured church by ministering  the Words of reconciliation, restoration, healing and deliverance, and to preach the Word of Salvation to all people. Word of Life Outreach Ministries was established to equip men and women to help fulfill the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is made possible through one on one Personal Outreach, Evangelistic Efforts, and Sound Biblical Instruction from our School of Ministry.

 

In 2001 Apostle Stephens and his wife Prophetess Stephens assumed leadership of the Teaching Ministry of BETH-EL, founded by his father Elder King Samuel Solomon- Stephens in 1985; In 2014 it was restructured as a companion Ministry of (WLOM.) and renamed BETH-EL (Reformed) TEMPLE No. 1 Church of the Remnant; The House of Solomon.

Apostle B. Stephens received his Apostolic Calling, Commission and Anointing of the Lord Jesus Christ under the leadership of His father Elder S-Stephens who transferred the Apostolic and Priestly Authority; confirming, and giving him a commission to continue the work  of BETH-EL and the HOUSE of SOLOMON. Through the Hebrew ritual of (S’mekhah) the laying on of hands by authority of Jesus  under the power of the Holy Ghost Apostle Stephens was appointed as the Spiritual leader.  Apostle B. Stephens and his wife Prophetess A. Stephens has been instrumental in equipping men and women in their preparation for the ministry, pioneering Churches, and commissioning Ministers unto the field to continue the work.
