Apostle B. Stephens received his Apostolic Calling, Commission and Anointing from the Lord Jesus Christ  under the leadership of His father Elder King Solomon-Stephens in 2001.

He holds an Associates of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from The University of Phoenix; and a BA Degree in Religion and Psychology from St. Andrews Presbyterian University.

He has written and published several literary works such as, "The Ancient Teaching of the Hebrews” a compilation of Teachings written by his father Elder King Stephens. Apostle Stephens has also published, “The Revelations of God, a Glimpse behind the Veil”; “Who Am I?” And a self-help, personal empowerment book entitled, Pneumapsychotheology, “The Key to Unlocking Your God Given Potential.” and "In His Presence", "From the streets to the Pulpit a personal Testimony of Triumph and Victory."
